The Board of Trustees is responsible for the general management of the Cluster including:

Selection Process
Determining the criteria, process and proportion of the Cluster Fund to be allotted to specific development programs.

Approval of Projects
Approving the projects for which the Cluster Fund shall be utilised.

General Oversight of Projects
Providing general oversight of the projects for which the Cluster fund shall be utilised.

Approval of Fund Managers
Approving the fund managers for the purpose of managing the reserve fund.

Setting up of Committees
Setting up the management committee of the Cluster and appoints its members

Allocation of Funds
Determining the allocation of funds to Communities based on the matrix provided by the settlor.
